本仪器采用嵌入式系统,集成了测量、显示与分析单元于一体,结构简单,性能可靠。采用了超声波相位测量原理的位移测试方法。新型位移传感器有极其优异的真线性,能够可靠地分辨0.08mm的位移,而且安装方便,易于使用。传统的滑线电阻测量位移作为选件,仍然可供选用。

The Circuit Breaker Tester series is an embedded design. It is easy to use and to install sensor in field. By means of ultrasonic travel transducer patent technology, high-performance hardware system and professional analysis system, the reliability and stability of AL506 are perfect.

Ultrasonic travel transducer is small, so convenient to install, no need complex installing jig and supporter, no need the strict request that linear resistive potentiometer transducer must be paralleled to the sensor and motion direction when installed in field. So it reduces working intensity and improves working efficiency. For its excellent measuring stability and high linearity, especially the real linear all over the FSD (Full Scale Deflection), the measure precision of this instrument is much better than old type one.

The analysis and management system is professional and practical, humanism design. We can set the open or close time parameters by means of graphical interface instead of filling tables. So operation is simple and intuitive.

Operate circuit is painted on the panel, intuitive and clear, isn’t necessary to check manual.
